SFDC's drylining division is one of the most experienced in the UK, delivering metal stud partitions, wall linings, shaft walls and specialist drylining systems to the highest standards of finish, acoustic performance and fire compliance.

Modern building regulations demand high standards of fire compartmentation and acoustic separation, particularly in high-rise residential and commercial buildings. SFDC installs certified EI30 to EI120 fire-rated partition and shaft wall systems from leading manufacturers including British Gypsum, Knauf and Saint-Gobain, achieving acoustic ratings up to Rw65dB. Every fire-rated installation is third-party certified and fully documented, providing Building Control with the audit trail required for sign-off and giving building owners confidence in the long-term performance of their internal envelope.
WE ENSURE QUALITY
