The project required the integration of multiple specialist packages within a tight programme, including SFS framing, rainscreen façade systems, fire stopping, drylining, suspended ceilings and glazed partitioning. By bringing all trades under one contractor, SFDC eliminated the interface risks and programming conflicts that typically arise when multiple sub-contractors work in parallel.
