As a single-source envelope specialist, we bring together SFS (Steel Framing System) framing, rainscreen facades, curtain walling, aluminium windows and doors, drylining, suspended ceilings and fire-stopping under one accountable partner. This integrated approach removes the coordination risk that comes with managing multiple sub-contractors, giving main contractors and developers a cleaner programme, fewer interfaces and a single point of responsibility from concept through to practical completion. Our SFS capability is the structural backbone of most envelope packages: we install Metsec, SFS Intec and equivalent galvanised steel framing to create a true, plumb substrate for rainscreen cladding and board systems.

On top of that framing we fix through-wall insulation and sheathing boards, forming a weathertight, thermally efficient envelope that meets current Part L and British Standard requirements. For the facade itself, we offer rainscreen panels in aluminium, zinc, copper, terracotta and high-pressure laminate, together with unitised and stick curtain walling for headline commercial schemes. Internally, our drylining teams deliver partition walls, sound-rated acoustic enclosures, shaftwall and protected stairwell construction, while our ceiling division installs suspended MF, grid and jointless ceilings.
